We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Items should be in original unused condition, in original unopened packaging, and in re-sellable condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number and the Original Order number.
Lay-n-Go is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor will the original shipping costs be refunded. To receive a Return Authorization number for your item, please email us at info@layngo.com.

Our products are created and designed in the United States by our team based in Alexandria, Virginia. We manufacture in Cambodia, China and the US. We ship to our customers from our primary US warehouse in Carlstadt, New Jersey. 

Our products are made of multiple layers of water resistant fabric. They are also machine washable and wipeable.

If you fill the Lay-n-Go LITE with classic multi-size pieces you should be able to carry and close the bag with approximately 300-400 pieces. If you consider filling the bag by weight, it will fit approx. 1 lb3 oz of randomly selected classic LEGO pieces into the bag.

Yes, the fabric used for our 20” TRAVELER and WIRED is a 400 Denier heavy ripstop material. Ripstop is a woven fabric using a special reinforcing technique that makes this material resistant to tearing and ripping.
